The Waterfront is situated next to the port of Chalong, on the east coast of Phuket Island. This is one of the last prime beachfront properties left on Phuket. Chalong (meaning "festival" in Thai) is a busy natural harbour with space for hundreds of yachts and ocean-going vessels - which in turn provide spectacular views from this prime beachfront property.
Chalong has banks, schools and ample shopping facilities as well as many restaurants and bars. For bulk buying and mall shopping, Tesco-Lotus, Central, Makro and Big C are just a 20-minute drive away, as are several international hospitals. Phuket City is 10 kilometers north and the famous west coast beaches and their beautiful views within a 10-minute drive.
The Waterfront is situated on three rai, 59 talang wah (5,035.28 square meters), some 500 meters off the main Chalong-Phuket City Rd. At high tide it is possible to moor your yacht's Zodiac directly outside the property and there are yacht moorings very close by.
